AutomationKing AI

About

AutomationKing AI builds an AI receptionist for dental clinics. It answers patient enquiries and manages appointments over WhatsApp and website chat, so that a clinic does not lose an enquiry because it arrived at nine in the evening, and does not spend a receptionist's morning answering the same question about opening hours.

The product is one system with two front doors. Whether a patient messages the clinic on WhatsApp or opens the chat widget on its website, the same assistant answers, from the same clinic information, into the same conversation history.

What the assistant actually does

Each clinic maintains its own information: its treatments and prices, working hours, staff, policies, insurance arrangements and frequently asked questions. The assistant answers from that material.

  • Answers questions about treatments, pricing, opening hours, location and clinic policies.
  • Books, reschedules and cancels appointments, checked against the clinic's real availability so two patients cannot be given the same slot.
  • Maintains a patient record as the conversation happens, including appointments, follow-ups and notes staff add.
  • Presents every conversation in the clinic dashboard, where staff can read the thread and take over at any point.

What it deliberately does not do

A receptionist that invents an answer is worse than no receptionist, because the clinic only finds out when a patient arrives expecting something that was never true. The system is built around that risk rather than around appearing capable.

  • It does not give clinical or diagnostic advice. Anything of that kind goes to the clinic.
  • It does not answer from general knowledge about dentistry. If the clinic has not provided the information, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
  • It does not make decisions that need human judgement. Where it is uncertain, the conversation is flagged for staff.
  • It does not act without an audit trail. Staff can see what was said and override it.

How clinic information is kept separate

The service is multi-tenant: many clinics use the same software, and each one is a separate tenant. Patients, conversations, appointments, staff, settings and knowledge belong to exactly one clinic.

That separation is enforced in the database itself through row-level security, not only in the user interface. A query that is not scoped to a clinic does not return another clinic's data by accident, because the database will not serve it.

How patient information is handled

For the clinics that are our customers, and for the staff who hold accounts, we decide how account and business information is handled. For patients and website visitors who message a clinic, the clinic decides why and how that information is used, and we handle it on the clinic's instructions.

The Privacy Policy sets this out in full, including what is collected, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept. The Data Deletion Instructions explain how to ask for information to be deleted, and what can and cannot be removed.

Both documents describe what the software does today rather than what it might do later, and neither claims a certification or regulatory status that we do not hold.

Who operates this service

AutomationKing AI operates this platform and the software described above. It is an independent software business, not part of any clinic, hospital group or dental network.

Formal business identity details are being finalised and will be published on this page. We would rather leave this section short than state something we cannot evidence.
